Demand for legislation of blasphemy law at international level against the insulting of Prophets (PBUH), wives of Prophet (PBUH), the caliphs, the companions (RA) and Awliya Allah (Saints)
In October 2012, His holiness Sufi Masood Ahmad Siddiqui Lasani Sarkar said in a seminar about the glory of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in the eyes of the world’s religions at Lasani Secretariat Faisalabad, there must be blasphemy law at international level to stop the insult of the sacred entities of the Muslim around the world by the insolent elements, and to stop the rapidly growing sectarian tension as well. Strictest actions must be taken against those who are involved in insulting the sacred personalities. The blasphemy against the Prophets (PBUH), the companions, the family of Prophet (PBUH), the caliphs (RA) and Awliya Allah is causing the divine retribution. Earth quakes, mysterious fire breaking out, floods, bloodshed, sudden deaths and rapidly spreading incurable diseases are signs of divine retribution.
